Summit7 Investments, Inc. ("S7") is a Los Angeles based investment company focused on acquiring controlling positions in mid-market, companies. Our objective is to invest long-term equity capital to support the strategic and financial objectives of medium sized businesses ($5-100 million).

We fund each investment separately by utilizing our own capital. S7 is internally funded and is not responsible to any external third party investors.  As a mid-market investor, our target investment size is $1-10 million. Smaller transactions may be considered and larger transactions may be considered although this will involve partering with other investment organizations.
