Customers include: Federal Communications Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice, National Institute of Health, TSA, US Air Force, US Navy, US Dept of Defense, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman and Honeywell. During 2007 and 2008 Inova has raised capital from IBM, three private equity groups and completed 2 acquisitions. Group revenue is approximately $20 million. Mr Radly is the Chairman & CEO of Inova.

Isis Communications (founder)
Adam established Isis Communications in 1997. Isis established start ups and acquired existing businesses that focused on providing multimedia production and broadcast services to the television and film industry in Australia. Isis provided fee for service broadcasting services to foreign television networks such as ESPN, NBC and CBS for events such as the Australian Open Tennis, the Melbourne Formula One Grand Prix and the Sydney Olympic Games among many others. Isis completed an IPO in 1999, raising $55 million and Adam was the founder, CEO and largest shareholder at the timeof the IPO. Adam also established various partnerships for Isis in the US with Hewett Packard, Sun Microsystems, 3Com and others. In 2001 Adam completed a secondary offering through New York investment bank Jeffreys to raise $42 million from 21 US institutional investors. As a result, Fidelity Investments among others became shareholders in Isis. In 2001 Isis merged with its largest competitor. At the time of the merger, the combined entity had revenues of approximately $80 million and ebitda of approx $10 million. The company continues to trade on the Australian Stock Exchange under the symbol stg.

Non Profit - Radly Center (founder)
In 2000 Adam was one of the organizers of World Reconciliation Day featuring Nelson Mandela which resulted in a US$1 million donation to the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund. Adam has also established his own non profit organizations (Radly Center ) and this remains his main priority.
